Terms of use

Last updated: 3 November 2026

Scope and provider

These terms of use apply to all contracts for the use of Jibeliner – in the browser at https://app.jibeliner.com and in the Mac app.

The provider is NP7 GmbH, Graskamp 8, 24217 Schönberg, Germany, represented by Nicolas Prien, registered in the commercial register of the local court of Kiel (Amtsgericht Kiel) under HRB 24227 KI (“we”). Email: nico@np-seven.com Phone: +49 160 98777779 Further details are in the legal notice: https://jibeliner.com/legal-notice#en

Jibeliner is aimed at talents, agencies and businesses. These terms apply to traders within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 BGB. Where something different applies to consumers, this is stated expressly.

Work happens in workspaces. A workspace is the working area of a talent, a business or an agency. The person a workspace belongs to is its owner; other people can work in it as members.

If you set up Jibeliner for an agency, a business or another organisation, you conclude the contract in its name and confirm that you are authorised to do so.

Deviating terms and conditions of users do not apply, even if we do not expressly object to them. Individual agreements, for example on plans on request, take precedence over these terms.

How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy: https://jibeliner.com/privacy#en

What Jibeliner does

Jibeliner is a platform on which talents, agencies and businesses organise their collaboration, their content and their channels. Depending on the plan and on what has been activated, this includes in particular: – a shared calendar, and projects with tasks, timeline and files – partners, deals and deliverables with delivery and approval – planning, approval and publishing of content to connected channels, and their statistics – file storage and sharing via links – meetings by video call, optionally with recording, transcript and summary – contracts with a simple electronic signature (Jibeliner Sign) – assistance with artificial intelligence (AI), such as analyses, suggestions, texts, subtitles and images

Jibeliner runs in the browser, including on phones, and as a Mac app. Some features are only available in the Mac app, for example on-device transcription and video tools.

Which features, how much storage and how many credits and seats a workspace has follows from its plan as shown when it is booked, and from separately agreed activations.

You connect channels on Instagram and Facebook (Meta), YouTube (Google), LinkedIn and TikTok yourself by signing in with the respective provider and granting Jibeliner access. What Jibeliner can read or publish there depends on these permissions and on approval by the platform. Such features exist only to the extent and for as long as the platform permits them; they may not yet be available, in whole or in part, for your workspace. On TikTok, Jibeliner uploads videos as drafts to your TikTok inbox; you publish them there yourself.

AI features only run when you trigger them. For this we send the necessary content to third-party AI services, in particular Anthropic and OpenAI. AI results are generated automatically and may be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable.

Jibeliner Sign is a simple electronic signature with a confirmation code sent by email and an audit trail. It does not meet a statutory written form requirement or any stricter form. Whether it is sufficient for a particular contract is your decision. Signatures through a trust service provider, including qualified electronic signatures, are only available, where offered, as a separately agreed package.

We keep developing Jibeliner. We may change, add or replace features only if (a) a connected platform, a service provider we use, or a statutory or regulatory requirement makes it necessary, (b) it is necessary to fix a security vulnerability or a defect, or (c) the change only extends or improves the service. In every case the change must be reasonable for you and must not cause you any additional cost. We inform you clearly and comprehensibly about every change. If a change impairs your use more than insignificantly, we inform you in good time beforehand, in text form, about the features and timing of the change and about your right in that case to terminate a paid plan within 30 days of receiving the information or, if the change takes place later, of the change, with effect from the time of the change. We refund pro rata any fees paid in advance for the period after the contract ends.

In particular, the following are not owed: – legal, tax or other advice, including on whether a signature is sufficient for a contract – issuing invoices, settling commissions or making payouts between users, agencies, talents and brands – any particular reach or success of published content – features that a platform does not or no longer permits

How the contract is concluded

You sign up at https://app.jibeliner.com/registrierung with your email address and a password, and choose what you are setting up Jibeliner for. You can correct input errors directly in the fields before submitting. By submitting, you apply for an account. We then send you an email with a link to confirm your address. When you confirm it, the contract for use under the free plan is concluded.

For workspaces of talents, freelancers and companies without their own roster you can try the paid plan offered for this in the app once for 14 days free of charge and without entering payment details (once per workspace and once per person; not in workspaces an agency manages for a client). During the trial the scope may be reduced, for example in the number of contracts, as shown in the app when the trial starts. The trial ends automatically; after that the free plan applies, at no cost.

Agencies and companies with their own roster use the agency plans; in this section, "agency" means both. Agencies have no trial. Their free plan applies for 30 days, once per person, counted from the first agency workspace that person created or owns and that was created on or switched to the free plan. Switching back to the free plan later does not restart this period. After that, the agency's roster and data stay visible, but it can no longer work in the workspaces of the talents it manages, including workspaces it manages for a client, or set up a new workspace for a client, until it chooses a paid plan. Nothing is deleted as a result, and no costs arise.

The owner of a workspace books a paid plan, additional storage or additional credits in the app, where the app offers this. Before booking, the service, the price and the billing period are shown. The contract for it is concluded when you complete the booking on the payment page. Services we set up on request are agreed with you separately in text form.

These terms can be accessed at any time in their current version at https://app.jibeliner.com/nutzungsbedingungen, together with the date of the version. Save or print them if you want to keep the version that applies when you conclude your contract.

The contract can be concluded in German or English. These terms are available in both languages; both versions have the same content.

Prices, payment and term

Use under the free plan is free of charge. For paid plans, additional storage, additional credits and add-on packages, the prices and services shown at the time of booking apply, or those stated in text form for an agreement on request. This also states whether VAT is included in the price or added to it.

Payment is per workspace. Besides the agency's own workspace, an agency plan includes the number of seats stated in the plan for workspaces the agency supports; each supported workspace takes one seat and receives the services the plan provides for it. A workspace that an agency manages for a client does not book its own plan while the agency manages it. Anyone who uses their own workspace themselves pays only for that workspace.

Paid plans are charged, as chosen, monthly or yearly in advance for each billing period; additional credits are charged once. Payment is processed by the payment service provider Stripe; the available payment methods are shown when you pay. You manage invoices, payment methods and cancellation in the Stripe customer portal, which you can reach from the app. For services on request, the payment terms agreed for them apply.

If a payment that is due cannot be collected and the subscription ends for that reason, the free plan applies to the workspace. Further statutory rights in the event of late payment remain unaffected.

A paid plan runs for the chosen billing period and renews for the same period each time unless it is cancelled with effect from the end of that period. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period: in the app by choosing the free plan for the workspace, in the customer portal, or in text form, for example by email to nico@np-seven.com. The plan remains usable until the end of the period; after that the free plan applies.

For consumers the following applies instead: after the first year, a yearly plan renews for an indefinite period and can then be cancelled at any time with one month's notice.

If you change plans during a billing period, the new plan applies immediately. The price difference is prorated; any additional amount is invoiced immediately. A change of plan withdraws a pending cancellation.

When a paid plan or a trial ends, or when you change to a smaller plan, the limits of that plan apply. If a workspace is then above its storage limit, nothing is deleted; however, you can only store new files again once space is free or you book more storage.

Credits are the unit of account for AI features, including in meetings. How many credits an action uses is fixed for each feature: per action or, where usage depends on quantity, for example on the length of a recording, according to the quantity processed. Where the usage is fixed in advance, the app shows it at the feature.

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits. It applies to the respective calendar month; unused credits are not carried over. For additionally purchased credits, the validity shown at purchase applies. If no credits are left, AI features pause until credits are available again. In workspaces supported by an agency, the agency's credits can also be used to the extent the agency allows.

If you delete your account, running paid plans of the workspaces deleted with it are cancelled with effect from the end of the billing period.

If an agency ends its support for a workspace, this takes effect at the end of the calendar month, never immediately; until then the agency can withdraw the termination. The owner of the workspace is notified. The workspace remains theirs; from then on it needs its own plan, otherwise the free plan applies. The workspace keeps its storage share from the agency plan for another 30 days.

Right of withdrawal

Only consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. If you act as a trader (Section 14 BGB), for example as an agency, as a business or as a talent in the course of your trade, business or profession, there is no right of withdrawal. Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following instructions.

Instructions on withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (NP7 GmbH, Graskamp 8, 24217 Schönberg, Germany, phone: +49 160 98777779, email: nico@np-seven.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Special notes: for a contract for services that obliges you to pay a price, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, if before performance began you expressly agreed that we begin before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that your right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the contract (Section 356(4) BGB). For a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have begun performance after you expressly agreed that we begin before the end of the withdrawal period, acknowledged that your consent means you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and we provided you with a confirmation of the contract (Section 356(5) BGB).

Model withdrawal form (Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.) – To NP7 GmbH, Graskamp 8, 24217 Schönberg, Germany, email: nico@np-seven.com: – I/We (*) hereby give notice that I/We (*) withdraw from my/our (*) contract of sale of the following goods (*)/for the provision of the following service (*) – Ordered on (*)/received on (*) – Name of consumer(s) – Address of consumer(s) – Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper) – Date (*) Delete as appropriate.

User obligations

Your account is personal. Keep your password secret, do not pass on your sign-in details, and invite other people to your workspace instead. If you suspect that someone unauthorised has access, change your password and let us know at nico@np-seven.com. The details you give when signing up must be accurate.

You are responsible for the content you create, upload or share in Jibeliner or publish through Jibeliner. In particular, content that breaks the law or infringes the rights of third parties, such as copyright, trademark or personality rights, is not permitted, nor are malware, spam or misleading advertising. Label advertising as the law and the platform rules require.

Only upload and publish material for which you hold the necessary rights – including rights to music, images and trademarks, and the consent of the people who can be seen or heard in it.

If you connect channels, follow the terms and policies of the respective platform, in particular those of Meta (Instagram, Facebook), Google (YouTube), LinkedIn and TikTok. You are responsible for what you publish through Jibeliner as if you had published it directly on the platform. Only connect channels you are entitled to use; if an agency sets up a channel for a talent, it needs the talent's consent.

By using the YouTube features of Jibeliner, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. How Google processes data is described in the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can disconnect Jibeliner from your Google account at any time in the app and also revoke its access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

If you record meetings or have them transcribed, obtain the consent of everyone involved beforehand. This applies in particular if you use the Mac app to record calls in other programs, for example Zoom or Teams: obtaining consent there is solely your responsibility. Recording privately spoken words without authorisation can be a criminal offence.

Content shared via folder or download links is visible to anyone who has the link. Check beforehand what you share, and set an expiry period if needed. Likewise, as an owner you decide who gets access to your workspace and which rights you grant.

If you sign with Jibeliner Sign on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

Do not use Jibeliner in a way that disrupts or endangers its operation. In particular, circumventing access restrictions, plan limits or security measures, automated scraping outside the interfaces provided for this purpose, and placing an excessive load on the systems are not permitted.

If you breach these obligations, we may block or remove the content concerned and switch off links. In the case of serious or repeated breaches, we may suspend your access temporarily or permanently and terminate the contract for good cause. In doing so we take your legitimate interests into account and choose the mildest suitable measure.

The single point of contact under Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) for Member State authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services and users is nico@np-seven.com; we communicate in German and English.

You can send notices of illegal content in Jibeliner to the same address. The notice should contain: where the content is located (link or workspace), why it is illegal, your name and email address – except for notices concerning child sexual abuse material – and a statement that your information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. We confirm receipt, decide diligently, objectively and in a timely manner, and inform you of the decision, together with the options for challenging it.

We do not search content on our own initiative; we act on notices or where there are concrete indications, and a human decides on any measure. If we restrict content or your access, we inform you at the latest when the restriction begins, with a clear statement of reasons: which measure, on what basis (law or these terms), which facts, whether automated means were involved, and which redress options you have. You can object to the decision at nico@np-seven.com; recourse to the courts remains open. Third-party AI services may automatically refuse requests under their own policies; the app then shows this.

If third parties make claims against us because of content or actions for which you are responsible under these terms, you indemnify us against these claims, including reasonable costs of legal defence, to the extent that you are responsible for the infringement.

Rights in content

We acquire no ownership of content you create or upload in Jibeliner, and no rights beyond those described in this section. Your rights in it remain unaffected.

You grant us a simple (non-exclusive), free and non-transferable right to store, reproduce and technically adapt this content (for example to create previews or convert formats), to make it available to the people you share it with, to send it to connected platforms on your instruction, and to transmit it to AI services when you trigger an AI feature. This right applies only to the extent necessary to provide Jibeliner, and only for as long as the content is stored. Service providers we use for operation may process the content to the same extent.

Check the results of AI features, such as texts, subtitles, images and summaries, before you use or publish them. We do not warrant that they are correct, complete or free of third-party rights. We claim no rights in these results.

Every piece of content is assigned to exactly one workspace: the owner of that workspace decides who may access, edit and delete it. This also applies to content that members or connected agencies create there. The workspace of a talent, client or business belongs to them, even if an agency created it – if an agency manages it for a client, from handover onwards. These terms do not determine who holds copyright, rights of use or other rights in content; you agree on that among yourselves. The owner of a workspace decides what a connected agency can see and edit in it, and can change this at any time. Through the connection, an agency does not delete any content of the workspace, except its own entries that have not yet been approved.

If an agency creates a workspace for a client who does not use Jibeliner themselves, the agency manages it until handover and is responsible for it. Until handover, the agency can also close it; connected channels are disconnected and scheduled posts become drafts, and the agency can restore the workspace within 30 days if a seat is free in its plan. Handover works via a link that is valid for 14 days; when the client accepts it, they become the owner. After that, the agency sees and edits only what the client shares.

Edited versions of media, such as cropped, re-voiced or text-overlaid videos, that no post needs any more are moved to the trash by Jibeliner automatically. Files you uploaded yourself or placed in a folder of your own, as well as contracts, briefings and records, are not moved to the trash by Jibeliner on its own. Anything in the trash, including files you delete yourself, is permanently deleted after 30 days.

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Access → Delete account). The app first shows which workspaces, files and connections are affected. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Without access to the app, an email to nico@np-seven.com with the subject “Data deletion” is sufficient. Details: https://jibeliner.com/data-deletion#en

When your account is deleted, your content is deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply, for example for invoices. Workspaces where others continue to work remain with their content; if you are the last owner of such a workspace, you must hand it over first. Workspaces you manage for clients must be handed over or closed first. Signed documents and audit trails that other parties have received remain with them. Content you have published on other platforms remains there. Save anything you want to keep beforehand.

Availability and liability

We strive to provide Jibeliner with as few interruptions as possible. We only commit to a specific availability if we expressly agree it. Maintenance, security measures, disruptions at our service providers and changes to the interfaces of connected platforms may restrict Jibeliner temporarily, in whole or in part. Statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act, and to the extent of any guarantee we have given.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of an essential contractual obligation, that is, an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely. In this case our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

Otherwise our liability is excluded. Strict liability for defects that already existed when the contract was concluded (Section 536a(1) BGB) is excluded. These rules also apply to the personal liability of our employees, representatives and vicarious agents.

Jibeliner does not replace your own backups. Keep your own copies of content you cannot afford to lose. In the event of data loss, we are liable in accordance with the rules above; contributory fault due to a lack of your own backups is taken into account (Section 254 BGB).

We do not adopt content that users post in Jibeliner as our own.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms if there is an objective reason for it, for example a change in the law or in case law, requirements of the connected platforms, new or changed features, or security reasons. We do not use this route to change agreed prices or the core of the agreed service.

We announce changes in text form with reasonable notice before they take effect, usually by email to the address of your account. The announcement names the changed passages and the day from which they are to apply.

Changes that put you in a worse position only apply if you expressly agree to them. You can object to other changes until the announced day; if you do not object, they apply from that day. We point this out, together with the consequences, in the announcement. If you do not agree or you object, the previous version continues to apply to you. Your right to cancel the contract remains unaffected.

Governing law and jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, the protection of the mandatory provisions of that country remains unaffected.

If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the registered office of NP7 GmbH. We may also bring an action at your general place of jurisdiction. For consumers, the statutory places of jurisdiction apply.

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

If any provision of these terms is invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid; the statutory provision takes the place of the invalid provision.
